Tom O’Keefe of Nutrition Enterprises has for the past 27 years been a nutrition and fitness consultant. He has competed in football, baseball, basketball, track, cross-country, (including the 200 and 400 meter events in the USA Masters Track Program), triathlons, and professional arm wrestling. He currently competes in the sport of rowing.
Tom consistently provides nutritional guidance for people of all ages in all walks of life. Both amateur and professional athletes often seek him out for nutritional guidance.
Even though sports have been a life-long endeavor for Tom, His greatest passion is disease prevention through whole food nutrition. He will be providing us insight into the roll nutrition plays in our everyday health and changes each and every one of us can make to improve our health through proper nutrition.
Shannon Paul of Long Beach Boot Camp has created a program that combines the best in fitness training with therapeutic exercises designed to improve posture, fitness level and eliminate pain.
Shannon is an avid fitness enthusiast and has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Kinesiology. Her continued education led her to study Exercise Science so she could fully understand how the body benefits from exercise. She is also a N.A.S.M. certified Personal Trainer, an Apex Certified Nutrition Specialist, N.E.S.T.A. certified Adventure Fitness Trainer, and an EZ8 Running Coach. Shannon will be sharing her expertise on better fitness through movement. Her information for improving your health will be valuable to individuals of levels of fitness.
