It’s OK! on Swoop’s World Late Night
On Wednesday January 14, 2015 at 8pm/PST (10pm/CST, 11pm/EST) we are happy welcome the band It’s OK! to Swoop’s World Late Night. Join us as we have this opportunity to meet this wonderful band, get to know them, and their music. Of course after our interview with It’s OK!, we’ll be up to all of our usual fun with our Brewskis beer tasting segment, TBones Timeout, USC legend Anthony Davis, as well as our crazy thoughts about interesting news stories of the day. Swoop’s World Late Night is on Wednesday’s from 8pm/PST – 11pm/PST tune in at Swoopsworld.com.
It’s OK!
It’s OK! was founded by chameleon-voiced guitar guru Robert Hecker of Redd Kross as a means to present hundreds of unheard songs. He is abetted by long-time musical cohort, multi-octave vocalist and multi-instrumentalist, Ellen Rooney. The V-16 behind It’s OK! is the monstrous rhythm section of bassist Dennis McGarry and drummer Joey Mancaruso.
It’s OK! have released two albums: the eponymous debut cd, It’s OK, and Dream, both on Econoclast Recordings. It’s OK! are currently working on their third album, Cubed, also slated for release on Econoclast Recordings.
