The mission of Dramatic Results is to facilitate student success by stimulating curiosity and fostering creativity through a hands-on, arts-based approach to learning.

Dramatic Results specializes in curriculum that integrates art into other core academic subjects meeting California content standards and the needs of a diverse student population.

Dramatic Results is a non-profit educational arts agency. It’s purpose is to improve students’ academic confidence and performance through the power of art. Through experiencing the artistic process, it’s students feel a deep and personal sense of success with their finished artwork while simultaneously learning grade level Math and Language Arts concepts. Dramatic Results also provides professional development to teachers in arts integration through school districts and cultural institutions.

The core student programs are Write-On Arts (Language Arts/Visual Art/Theater), Math in a Basket (Math/Basketry/History) and InCreasing Math (Math/Origami/Science integrated program). Dramatic Results’ programs include project-based learning, essential questions, innovative approaches to learning, and other integrative methods to link the arts with other core subjects.

Dramatic Results also provides intensive training and in-class mentoring to classroom teachers on how to integrate art with other core subjects.

The programs incorporate Specially Designed Academic-Instruction in English (SDAIE) techniques in instruction as the majority of our students are English Language Learners (ELL). Dramatic Results programs align with California content standards and meet the National Educators Association’s best practice recommendations for responding to new standards and expectations.
